  Hi All - I'm looking for a seamstress on the South Shore (I'm in Quincy) who would have some time to hem a dress for me. I have a wedding to go to on Oct 25th. I don't believe that it needs to be taken up from the top, it can just be cut and hemmed, but I'm so NOT that good on a sewing machine. Thanks!!
