They are a full service, low cost veterinary clinic. They do surgeries. One of the dogs in our rescue group had eye surgery there. It's out in Glendale, but the $ $ is worth it. 623-512-4673. They aren't anything fancy but they have been a godsend for our rescue. I think they will work with you about a payment plan too. Couldn't hurt to ask. This way, the little guy won't have to be uncomfortable any longer than he has to.
