I ordered Weathertech Floor Mats for two cars on May 24, 2018 ($403.97). One set was a college graduation present for my daughter. It is now July 24, and I still have not received them. I have called/emailed/texted and messaged them numerous times and I still don't have an answer. On August 1, 2018, in response to one of my text messages they said they would refund my money. I have texted them numerous times to let them know I have not received a refund. They said they would check into it and then just quit replying to my texts. It is October 1, 2018, and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REFUND. I know their family is going through a hard time right now, but I feel I have been more than patient. They have had my money since May 24, 2018. This is no way to treat your customers!

I STILL have NOT received a REFUND. Since my last update I have texted them numerous times, went to the shop once, and spoke with them on the phone once. When they decide to respond to my text messages they promise to refund my money but nothing yet. This is unacceptable!
