I am a Certified Athletic Trainer, not to be confused with a Personal Trainer. I have a BS in Physiological Science, MS in Kinesiology (emphasis in Sociology of Sport), and have been trained both as an urban and wilderness EMT. I work to prevent, evaluate, diagnose, treat, and rehabilitate musculoskeletal injuries. My approaches include biomechanical, postural, and neuromuscular re-education, soft tissue work, strength and balance training. I rely on hands-on treatment, and active recovery. I started my private practice because I believe exercise is medicine, and everyone is an athlete. Whatever your choice of activity, it is my goal to get you moving again!
I'm having issues with my hamstring. Can anyone recommend a good doctor in Vancouver who knows how to deal with runners?

She is not in Vancouver but Alessandra Novak is the best. She helped me get over an injury and run a half in no time. http://www.facebook.com/afnovakatc
