About us
The Law Office of Adam S. Minsky is the first law office in Massachusetts, and one of the first in the country, devoted entirely to student loan law. I help borrowers navigate the complex web of federal loan repayment assistance programs including consolidation, income-sensitive repayment plans, and loan forgiveness. I also represent borrowers facing delinquency, economic hardship, default, and collections, and I help put borrowers back into good standing.
Since opening my doors, I have helped hundreds of student loan borrowers consolidate their loans and get onto income-sensitive repayment plans, and removed over $2 million in student loans from defaulted status. I have been interviewed by The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg News, and The Chronicle of Higher Education, and my practice was featured on the "Legal Lines" television talk show. I have also led various continuing legal education seminars on student loan law.
