  Anonymous post no. 4122 Hello community! I'm currently on holidays overseas but I've looked at photos of myself and realised how big I've gotten over the last few years. I'd really love to do something about it. I probably need to lose 10-15kg to be at a good weight. Can I please have recommendations for the best diets, group fitness classes, personal trainers etc on an affordable budget please. I'm a fussy eater so dieting has always been my struggle.   Been doing 'The Shake Up' for about 6 months now, have lost over 7 kg overall weight but also put on a lot of muscle, great group dynamic with no egos, everyone just encourages you to 'get it done', each class lasts under 30 minutes, you determine what you get out of it, I love it, has become a part of life, GET ON IT! https://www.facebook.com/TheShakeUP.GCC.North/

  Check out the shake up's page. Monday Wednesday nights 5:20 pm or 6:20 pm Tuesday and Thursday mornings 5:50 am and Friday night 6:20 pm. Saturday morn is Pilates at 5:50 am
