  So our rental house completely flooded yesterday. Like water coming out the garage and front door flooded. Insurance is coming out today. Not sure if they are going to assign us a restoration company or we get to choose. If we choose who the heck do we call to clean up? Probably to include restoring the walls in areas as well. Thanks so much. Need to get our tenants back in ASAP.
