Hello Ladies, hope you are all well and have had a good Christmas.
Thank you so much for all your recommendations for help with my asthma, I am now looking into getting some of the sessions booked from early January.
I know there were lots of recommendations on here, so I have narrowed it down to a few things I am looking to start.
Hypnotherapy - I have been told that my asthma might be related to emotion and childhood events so have been told to look into regression therapy too.
Yoga especially to help with breathing
Fight Fit for some sort of exercise routine
Alexander Technique - don't know much about this but heard great things so want to give it a go.
