  Hi Gwendoline. I run a business called Position Perfect Equestrian. I specialise in helping people returning to riding after injury or loss of confidence due to incidents such as bad falls. I have a number of clients who have suffered from very similar symptoms to what you describe and all are back competing their horses and growing in confidence everyday.   Can anyone recommend someone to give me riding lessons, I'm in North Oxford and don't want to have to travel too far. I used to ride regularly, but have had a long break from it due to illness. As a result of the latter I'm now a bit fragile, so would need to find someone who is willing make allowances.
