  Vital Health Partners. http://www.vitalhealthohio.com/ This is a Rocky River, Detroit Road location, there will be a meet & greet here on Monday to meet their new doctor, Nikia Caston. On April 9 at the Rocky River Heinen's, there will be a "Welcom e to the Neighborhood" event where you will probably be able to meet the other docs of the practice. Drs. Cassellbery and Pesek took over Dr. Jim Frackleton's Preventive Medicine Group (if you were familiar with him? he was in Westlake), and now, with VHP, have a new name and location.
