  I hope this is okay to post here... if not please remove. I'm going to be moving to the San Diego area from Dallas, Tx in mid-April. Will be living in Lakeside, and looking for recommendations for a place to train (both young dog and seasoned dogs), and for a new vet, and needing a cardiologist for one of my dogs.   Welcome! We have a lot of CPE events, several NADAC and ASCA events as well. All breeds welcome. I double the recommendation on Dr. Cheryl. She travels to see clients so she's in Lakeside regularly. The Agility Club of San Diego is a great place t o start. Also, Ken Miller teaches in the El Cajon area as well. I hear he's great! Starting with the club, though, would really get you involved in the local scene. Great people there. I don't live in the area, but I have been to see Dr. Kevin May for acupunture for my dog. He's at El Cajon Valley Vet Hospital.
