My darter is there looking at places to rent and the agent told her she has to pay ONE months rent to Broker now..then has to pay first month last month and a month for security deposit..   Got more info...They should ask for Heather Mandeville, office manager at the 617-527-3700# She's the one who shows the rentals. (Ed is crazy busy) Deposits, etc depend on the apt. Customary is 1 months rent as security...
