  Depending on where you are I can offer positional sessions. They are half hour intensive lessons that focus purely on rider position and make you aware of how your riding affects you and your horse and give you hows and whys to improve your riding. Positional lessons are either intensive on the lunge lessons where we work on upper or lower body (no reins or no stirrups) or non lunge positional lessons where we work to improve your whole position. :) Pricing and location maps are on my website (linked above with the tips which I hope people found interesting and helpful!)
