  Texas Smoke BBQ in Jefferson http://www.texassmokebbq.com/?section=catering-menu They catered my son's 1 st birthday party and it was great! We sampled a lot of different places before we picked it to and it was by far the best of the ones we tried. They just did a drop off for his party but I know they will do a cookout on site as well.
