  http://www.extreme.outervision.com/psucalculatorlite.jsp Here's a decent calculator to determine the wattage of power supply that you may require, although you can pretty much figure it out in your head. Most i5/i7 intel chips are pulling ~100 w, then factor in your graphics card TDP and leave yourself some wiggle room. It's never a bad idea to over buy on the power supply, since as you can see from the above chart they operate more efficiently around 50% load than they do at max load. This also means you have plenty of juice for a 2 nd graphics card or whatever else you decide to add down the line!
