Brought it all back from the USA and so haven't needed to buy this kind of stuff in the UK in larger quantities.   I use about two heaped teaspoons but advise is to start with one teaspoon. You need to use with only either Olive, Coconut or linseed oil (high omega 3, low Omega 6)@10-15 ml and fresh ground black pepper (6 twists of a pepper-mill). You can up the dose if no improvement seen or stiffness starts to return - there is no correlation between size of horse and dosage - every animal is different.
