I am trying to get a Zambian driving licence and to do that the DVLA has to send a faxed copy of the certificate endorsing my UK licence as the British High Commission won't do it. DVLA will ONLY fax or post!! I have tried the Postbox places at Kabulonga and Interconti and the Interconti Business Centre so far but they either don't have a machine or it does not work. Any suggestions gratefully received. Thanks.

  For any other Brits who need to do this to get a ZM driving licence, DVLA have promised me it will only take about 2 hours for the Certificate of Entitlement to Drive once you call. Time will tell. The number you need is +44 300 790 6801.
