  Does anybody know someone who might show me ropes for my first proper uk outdoor swim or where I could join a group? Am based in Bristol but could travel. I am a relatively strong swimmer but only experienced swimming outdoors in foreign warm places. Any suggestions? Think I would prefer a lake? Would love to have a go at great north swim in June.
