  I have used Phil DiBello Roofing with success. 410-752-7663. They're a city company, although not NE. I had Harview once to do my garage roof. They were definitely rude, unprofessional and left a mess.

  http://www.phildibelloroofing.com/ it's locally owned, we used them in 2009, no issues. I can't speak to prices because the home's previous owner paid for the new roof.
