  Good morning fabulous peeps :) our wedding is the 15th of July and I am needing some recommendations (or pricing ideally) for service providers and advice as follows please : 1. Videographer - I wasn't going to have one as my photographer was the most important but a friends hubby passing away recently made me rethink this so I would very much like to have one. 2. DJ - I'm assuming this will include sound (for ceremony and pre-drinks as well) and lighting for the dancefloor? 3. Outside lighting - someone who can drape fairylights and setup other lighting, like perhaps big love or initials outside. 4. Decor hire and flower places (going for all natural with wood and proteas and fynbos) - we are trying to keep the costs down so thought we would do our own decor but I must admit I am struggling with formulating all my ideas into a plan or getting what's in my head out and feel totally lost with this. What does everyone else do, hire someone to do this? Does it not cost an arm and a leg? 5. Stationery - I do scrapbooking so would like to put my own invite together and the other on-the-day stationery but just need someone to do the text design and then a place where I can have it all printed. 6. Wood lasercutting and engraving - need quite a few things done from cake toppers to name tags to table names etc. 7. Live entertainment - we were thinking something like a violin or a duo, something with a funky folk country rock feel like Avici or Mumford & Son, etc. That's all for now, thank you so much for the info!!
