  Yes - Cheltenham Bowling Club in Suffolk Square. The cash bar is very reasonable/cheap and they have a bar and function room which is wheelchair accessible as well as a proper kitchen with plates etc you can use. It doesn't cost much to hire for an evening and is in a great location in the square with lots of free parking.
