  You're asking a couple things Douglas. Printing posters is one thing as CMYK printers are used. With photos and digital prints the colour space is sRGB or Adobe RGB. I haven't come across or know of a place which does both. I wouldn't recommend Officeworks for A3 posters, unless you like to have a white border around the image.
