  Hi all, looking for recommendations on where to buy trail running shoes in Brisbane city area but prepared to travel. Used to shop at Active Stride and haven't been able to find anything like their range or service since closure. Any thoughts? Also, any recommendations on brands/models, do 70% trail but also a bit of road so need to be able to handle both, have bought Saloman for years but finding it harder to locate in shops/online. Not Hokas (nothing personal against their devotees of course).

  Afternoon all! Have been running in my vibram five fingers (trail and road) for about five years and have had no dramas. They need replacing but it's looking like I am not going to be able to get the pair I want. I'm open to trying other shoes so if anyone has any suggestions for light, zero drop/minimalist shoes I'd like to hear it. Also if anyone can recommend a retail store they have had good experiences with I'd appreciate the info. Thanks in advance.

  B. I run in Vibrams( Trek Sport) during the week and In Inov-8 X Talon 200 on trails in the weekend, they not making the Trek sport any more so I'm onto the Spyderion now. I get all my footwear at Wildfire Sports as well.
