  The closest hot springs to Taichung are at the Sun Hot Spring Resort. They have the fish. But you would have to taxi/scooter there. http://www.thesun-resort.com.tw/ You can also take a train to Fengyuan and then a bus to Guguan. The Four Season has the fish.
