About us
Our food is created with love, inspired by nutrition and exoticism, and is influenced from the Middle East, Asia and India. We love creating a mezze style feast with a balance of whole grain, raw, and wheat and gluten free dishes so guests can select as they wish. We cook mainly vegan with the occasional dairy-based dish.
We believe food is medicine for the body, mind and soul. It is also comfort, pleasure and a sensual experience.
Nurturing on the outside
With our background in retreats and wellbeing days we bring a nurturing aspect to events, too. We believe in a warm welcome and love nothing more than looking after guests and making sure they feel restored.
Our ingredients
We are committed to choosing high quality ingredients such as organic vegetables sourced directly from farms, excellent oils like avocado and pumpkin, omega boosting seeds and fresh herbs and sprouts.
