Based in Clarkson, northern suburbs of Perth. I am a certified specialist in Individual Eyelash Extensions and HD Brow applications. Having recently been back in Scotland to do a refresher course for HD Brows, I use all the latest products and techniques and our Boutique Salon is a licensed product retailer for HD Products in Perth, WA.
