  It`s not a spa but everyone I know goes to Nice One Nails on Innes/Mer Bleue: http://niceonenails.ca/ They have massage chairs, foot baths, do a little leg massage, full exfoliation, polish and top coat for $28 and any kind of nail art for a little extra. Mani/pedi is just $38. I've been to a few spas for the same service and I find they do a lot less for twice the price simply because the word spa is on the door.
