To make a long, irritating-now infuriating story short- nothing has been done and mold is starting to grow. Our landlords are ridiculous and have done NOTHING. I know that is the norm over here, but I am beyond pissed!! My 10 month old son was just diagnosed with Bronchitis, I bleach the mold when it comes, but am worried there is mold where I can't see to clean it. The apartment is super old and there is no ventilation anywhere. There is mold in our bathroom also. Does anyone know the law, what are my rights as a tenant? Does anyone know a good lawyer that deals with tenants vs. landlords that I can consult with?
