Thrifting in Tokyo! Hi there! I’m looking for awesome thrift stores in Tokyo that do not carry an abundance of American second hand clothes.
The few I went to last time had an incredibly large amount and although it’s not a problem, I’m just wondering if anyone has recs for cool stores without (it’s very popular as buyers come overseas to thrift so I understand that might be hard to forgo entirely).

For clothes I like 2 nd Street in Harajuku, but the [2 nd Street ](https://www.2 ndstreet.jp) Shinagawa Intercity Flea Market is also really cool and very local.
My family are visiting next month with a 6-month-old baby. I would be extremely grateful if anyone knows where I could get hold of a cheap/second hand pushchair and some baby toys. Also recommendations for baby-friendly activities would be amazing. Thank you so much!
Looking for great second hand stores Hi everyone!
I'm looking for great second hand stores in Kyoto. Specifically I would like to buy a small book case and a computer monitor. If you have any advice where to go, let me know. Thank you very much.

[2 nd Street](http://www.2 ndstreet.jp) has some stores in [Southern Kyoto](http://www.2 ndstreet.jp/shop) with a fair amount of housewares and electronics. The 2 nd St Jumble Store has only clothing.
now that sayonara is over... time to start packing :'(
does anyone know of any recycle shops in and around the city that accept free clothing donations?
I know there's a Salvation Army in the city but you have to mail the clothes at your own cost :/
