  I buy basics at stores like Tesco (http://www.kalma.cz/ , http://www.tofu.cz/), Country life or Spar has his own vegetarian brand. I think you know all the vegetarian restaurants in Prague such as Estrella, LoVeg, Moment cafe, Gopal, Secret of Raw, Maitrea etc. There is a new bistro "Puro" (http://www.veganz.cz) - have not been there yet. But I discovered there are at least 5 vegetarian meals in cafe Louvre for example :)
