  I second Terry at Firefly Photography. Also Vignette Visuals. It's about looking at their portfolio and choosing someone who you think can bring the best out of you. Jacqueline Alliss Casting page has lots of useful and accurate information re CVs etc plus she runs a workshop in Perth.
