  Hi CM's My husband and i are about to get in the market to buy a house, We have our deposit saved etc both work full time (on reasonably good wages) however my husband was naughty when he was younger which has caused him to have a bad credit rating. Is there any where we can go to help? Any specific banks help in these situation's? Has anyone else have this experience & if so what did you do & how long was the process OR are we just doomed & have to rent for a long time. Thank you in advanced! Please no negative comments.   Hello everyone My partner and I are looking for a mortgage broker. We are on one income with two gorgeous boys. It has always been my dream to own my own home. We are currently in a rental and every rental we live in owners have to sell due to lose of jobs lose of family members I.e partners or having a baby and circumstances changing. We are currently paying $450 per week for a small 3 bedroom house. I don't want to keep moving with the kids.
