  Tattoo removal leads? (Technically a blowout) Short version: got a tattoo last year that blew out spectacularly and left me with a permanent blue bruise the size of my open hand. It hasn't improved over the past year, although some of my research suggested it might. I'm now looking to get rid of the blowout. Any recommendations for tattoo removal around town? Yelp shows me a few hair & tattoo removal places as well as some tattoo studios that also do removal. Good or bad stories about either? (Any guidance on rates?)
