  dont go to a brooker they apply for lots of loans with lots of companies and give you a bad credit rating as it seems that you have been knocked back to many times giving you a bad name and then even if you meet the critirea with another company you co uld be refused due to above, look up all the places that you might like to apply through and go in a nd get interest rates and other home loan details from tem and see which one suits your situatin the best and the apply, my home loan is through Widebayaust, or www.widebayaust.com.au ,
