  You can reach out to Mathews - http://www.ipgurus.in/mathew.php . This is for the logo/trademark registration (use my reference). For new company registration, as Abhiraj has mentioned, any CA can do that and should cost you about 15-20 k. Stick with local CA's who will run around for you and get stuff done quick. Stay away from the large players.
