  Hi, (Pls post anon) I am looking for recommendations for a psychologist (prefer northside but happy to travel further if need be)that will help treat anxiety/ social anxiety/depression(mainly social anxiety/panic attacks)I would like one that would be happy to help me deal with this without trying to push medication. (I would consider medication after all else fails) also if people have dealt with this without medication, what did you find to be the best treatment? E.g Counselling(mindfulness, CBT) homeopath, Acupuncture,diet,exercise, etc? TIA
