  I cannot recommend this real estate agent highly enough - she looks after you throughout the process and guides you to reputable inspectors, lawyers etc - we bought our house over the christmas period last year and she couldn't have done more for us. And she continues to stay in contact even now - she's not just about the commission http://www.angeleroy.ca/
