Brisbane Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care Service (BVECCS) is an emergency vet practice open 7 days and after hours (24 hour vet). Our caring and experienced vets and nurses are ready to treat any pet emergency when you and your pet need help most.
Our fully equipped veterinary clinic, including surgery and hospital, is staffed all night, every night and 24 hours weekends and public holidays.

Best C. asked:Can you help? "Hello BFR, I'm hoping you may be able to help me. On Saturday just gone, my Border Collie had a mishap while playing ball and ended up at our vet. They are 90% sure he has done his crutiate ligament and may need surgery. They have put him on anti-inflammatories for a week to see if it heals itself, but if this does not work I will need to start looking for a surgeon as my vet only performs this surgery on smaller breeds and is on holidays until 19th January. I was wondering if it was possible to ask the 'likers' of your page if they have any suggestions on surgeons in the Ipswich or Brisbane areas? It would be greatly appreciated if you could help me with this as I would like to give my TJ the best chance I can. Expensive as all animal treatment is, but IMO the best around smile emoticon
