  I have been asked to help my sister in preparing for her wedding upcoming this May. We only have 3 months to prepare. They are on a tight budget am after suppliers to message me quotes roughly 60 guests possibly 50 but work on 60. Need: Reception in Hunter Valley Maitland area/Newcastle area - Catering basic nothing over the top. Prefer a venue that does all decorations. Where can we get bridal gown and bridesmaid dresses DJ video person if unable to get a venue that does decorations will need cheap hire of decorations Hall Hire/Venue Hire if we have to Caterer (spit roast or something) Car Hire (Holdens/Vintage) Please send me information I need help. thank you
