Koentact organizes Dutch group courses in Amsterdam on 6 different levels. In addition there are specific conversation courses and Private & corporate programs. All programs focus on interaction with the Dutch society - and connecting with your peer expats!
The teachers are trained professionals, with a passion for teaching Dutch. They will make sure you are engaged at all times. During the Field Trips they will show you around Amsterdam while putting your Dutch theory into action.
An Open Day takes place every 6 weeks, with a free Dutch trial lesson and level assessments.

Learning Dutch is so much more than studying from a grammar book! We look forward to having you join the adventure.
I want to learn Dutch, any school recommendations that are hosting offline classes during COVID? Hi everyone, I want to learn Dutch starting with A1 level from complete beginner, I work from home all day and the idea of more zoom calls on top of the day sounds terrible, so I'm actually looking for any offline classes, which in a weird way has limited my options quite a bit it because of COVID.
My search seems to point at [https://www.dutchcoursesamsterdam.nl](https://www.dutchcoursesamsterdam.nl) being the only one that's currently doing group offline classes, but I want to check all my options first, anyone knows or can recommend any school doing offline group classes? Preferably in the morning but evenings are a good option too.
Bedankt!

www.koentact.nl are super nice. The pace is great, you have to buy a book depending on your level (you take a placement test before you start), and they have some discounted prices during these times.
Hey Everyone,
Can someone advise me on good Dutch Language Schools?
I have been checking some on-line but I have no idea if they are any good...
Thanks in advance!
Hi, Does anyone know a good Dutch course to do in the summer for a week (40 hours) intensive for under €1000? In Amsterdam ideally. My level is currently conversational B1/B2. I see a few for 2/3 weeks over 3 days a week but want just the one week intensive. Thanks!

Tim, check out Koentact in Amsterdam. I have had a great experience and in 90 minutes of an Open House, I learned more than some of the other paid courses around. https://www.facebook.com/Koentact
Anyone knows if there are free Dutch classes offered to foreigners?? ;)
Koen T. replied:
@Erika: Good tip!@Nefeli: Taalwijzer centrum is in the same building as our language school ´Koentact´ (Elandsgracht 70), so you might also visit our school. We do not offer free lessons, but we do have a free trial lesson. Furthermore, our lessons are definitely not expensive. Good luck with learning Dutch! For all questions, you can PM me or call our office: 020-7371616.

Ruben B. replied:
Agree with Dolly on Koentact. As a native speaker of Dutch I can say that those classes make you understandable, much faster than the average class. I have had conversations in Dutch with some of their students who had only had 3 lessons, and they could already understand alot!
I want to get some private Dutch lessons where the person comes to my house, I just want the basica conversational type of lessons, not too strict on grammar and minimal about of reading/writing, any suggestions?
Koen T. replied:
Dag Tom, you can step by this or next week at my school Koentact (Elandsgracht 70, Amsterdam) to have a chat about learning Dutch. Of course without any obligation of taking lessons with us. The teachers at Koentact focus on a casual and practical way of learning Dutch. You can call us on: 020-7371616 or me on: 06-45166915 to schedule an intake. Fijne dag en succes! Koen P.S. We also have a free Dutch Trial lesson during our Open Day of January 12 where you learn the basis of introducing yourself in Dutch : http://koentact.nl/open-day.
Hi guys,
