  Hi Alice, I own Extra Mile Realty. We have a small property management section, which means you aren't competing for attention with more than 100 other properties. Our rates are competitive and we don't charge statement fees. You are dealing solely wi th the Directors of the company and we are both fully licensed real estate agents (rather than just Agents Reps) who have rental properties of our own. We don't charge for inspections either.
