  I found the info and it's the same as some mentioned above! We went to see Dr. Casey at the Plainfield location. I was very skeptical going in and he was very honest and not pushy at all. No cost for initial consultation. http://www.greatbraces.com/

  Associated Orthodontist. 815-469-4062. They are by far the best around! I have worked for them for 5 years .They are wonderful doctors! We offer free consults!
