  As it's been pointed out, the prices are the same for all the dentists. Insurance companies all have different policies - most dentist stuff falls under the 'aanvullende verzekering' thing, which is different for each one. It's kind of pointless asking for recommendations here because everybody either loves or hates their dentist (I really like mine, www.tandmeer.nl) but you can probably find an equally good one in your area. Have a look on www.chec-nl.com, you can find one in your area (presumably, anyway - depends where you live) and the people on the list will also speak English.

  I'm just the same, and I go to a place on Laan van Meerdervoort, www.tandmeer.nl .... they're really friendly, and youll probably get an appointment within 2 days.
