  Eastbourne has eight Justices of the Peace available to witness signatures, certify copies or other such matters you may need one for. There are others around the bays. To find the nearest JP to you go to: www.jpfed.org.nz/ and click on 'Find a JP'. A JP signing session is held in the Eastbourne library every first Saturday of the month between 12 noon and 1 pm and as a trial and I'm doing a session in the Eastbourne library every Thursday between 10-11 am. Am up in room 7 above library in office outside of these hours and always happy to oblige. It's a free service.
