I'm in a desperate situation but it's not something legal aid can help with and the Gold Coast Legal centre are booked out and won't be taking appointments until next week for the week after.   Anna Bananna PLEASE DON'T SUGGEST LEGAL AID!!! I'm working full time and just cant get in to sit and wait for a maybe appointment. I'm just looking for someone who has either done this themselves or knows someone who can help me. Does anyone on this group know a lawyer (or law student) who can help me with a dispensation of service or a substitution of service? I've been separated for 6 years and my ex is one of those deadbeat disappearing dads.... I've done all the other paperwork but the legal terminology for the dispensation is a bit tricky.
