Alright guys, need some help on this one. I have a special project I want to undertake in the next year or so. For this task, I'm going to need to be in peak physical condition, and I need to be able to keep in that shape indefinitely. I know for sure I'm going to need a personal trainer, because I need someone kicking me in the ass and making me go further. Any suggestions? Preferably on the North Shore. Same goes for any particular gyms or nutritionist. I've got the end in mind, now I just need some help figuring out how to get there!
