  If you are still close by Cedar City, I always had great luck with The Lux Salon. I've never colored my hair, but the girl I went to was a genius of all things hair. Her name is Lindsey Brito. the number for the salon is 435-865-6180. (She might be on maternity leave, and if that is the case I don't know how the other stylists are... it's worth a shot to see if Lindsey is in though)
