At my doctor visit this morning she mentioned that w/all the prednisone I've been on this month I need to watch out for adrenal fatigue and try not to get sick for a few months. She didn't have any info for me. Does anyone have any good resources??

Thank you, Michelle! I will look it up. I'll also see what the B Complex I am taking now has in it. I do take cal/mag/zinc every day, as well as potassium. The albuterol is very good at depleting potassium levels in the body, and with celiac disease I don't absorb things so well, so I'm in huge trouble if I don't supplement.Have you ever tried DHist, Michelle??? A local pharmacy carries it, and it's got Quercitin, Bromelain, Stinging Nettle.. It has made life bearable (still have to use my RX eye drops, Flonase, Claritin D, & Symbicort - but the difference is amazing!) http://www.orthomolecularproducts.com/ProductDetails.aspx?id=e3 dd50 ed-7 f02-4 d19-9 e2 a-907 d09 d57923 Jennifer Lee Curry - LOL! Yes. My hubby just laughs and says "why of course we get a Boxer who is allergic to the same things the kids are! lol" At least that means her food and treats are safe for my daughter to handle and be around. We use Earthborn Holistic dog food, which is grain and dairy free. It has made a WORLD of difference in Amelia's skin, coat, and weepy eyes. Our vet says Boxers are typically very allergic, often to grains/grasses. lol
