  Hi Sherry and Paul, here's a suggestion: this company shows their per hour rates (link follows). How about using 2 different companies? I mean, get the groupon special for $199 AND combine with this this one that charges $89/hr for 12 passenger limo? It might come out closer to your budget that way...
