  Thank you Misty Busch. Kristina Malecek, plenty of good Realtors being mentioned here who can represent you. But my husband and I are both Realtors and we work as a team. Two agents are better than one call or PM me, I can send you home listings and I can recommend you to an awesome loan officer if you haven't talked to one yet so we can figure out how much you can qualify for. And if your looking to buy a property with acreage, I know a builder who can build on your lot. I'm representing a buyer right now, they found an 8 acre lot for $50,000 and they are building a 6 bedroom 4 bath for $235,000 with upgrades, hardwood floors, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances etc. Price depends on lot price and Sq foot of the house.
